Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancel - 

1.We allow cancellation for orders as long as they are unshipped.Once the order is shipped , you can raise return request after delivery.

2.If you wish to cancel your order before shipment , please write to us at info@shopaame.in with subject line - "Cancel My Order - <Order ID>

A refund for a canceled prepaid order will be processed within 1-2 working days after the cancellation and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Return -

If the user is not satisfied with the product or if the product is hampered/damaged during transit, he/she must notify via email to info@shopaame.in within 48 hours from the day of delivery and return the product within 7 business days to the below address -

or else AaMeBags will not be liable to accept this merchandise. ALL couriers of this nature will be borne by the user themselves. 

In cases wherein due to usage of the merchandise, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware – zip, studs, screws, buckles will be repaired at a cost. There is no warranty for any other physical damage such as oil spills, wear and tear etc. and these would be repaired for a charge to be borne by the customer. Please note, damaged products specific to repair, as well as returns will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the user themselves.
